      they have flexable hours, free food while working, make great tips

      no advansment , some locations took away the tips, they don't treat you fair and sometimes you work long hours with no break

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
