We are always out of stock on items, things are always in need of repair. our ovens are broken to bake bagels and bakery items, both espresso machines are broken, we have no hot water and a lot of things are just left broken and it takes forever to get anything fixed. a majority of customers are extremely rude because of lack of options due to product shortages, and our machines being broken. we are often short staffed. rlly stressful, poor management. and we are open EVERY HOLIDAY. WE DONT EVEN CLOSE EARLY
