      i had fun co workers and it was in a good location and my boss was a fun boss. It was easy.

      Rude customers had bad attitudes and making coffee specifically could be hard sometimes. There were many chores to do at the end of the night.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
