- Can make drinks for yourself - 3 donuts per staff meal for PT - Decent pay, can use phone when store empty - Nice staff - Can choose shifts

Svantaggi

- Rude manager. Does not care about welfare and prioritizes store operations over their staff. Quick to blame others when an issue arises - Manager has their favourites. If he/she does not like you, they will make your work more difficult - Part timers end up doing full timer / supervisor duties eg ordering of items

Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
