Low pay - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Operator presso Dunmore

Every body is nice to work with.

I cannot find any so far.

Decent pay, good work/life balance. OK benefits, options for lateral movement with other subsidiaries.

Old guard mentality, senior operators spend more time trying to protect their interests rather than teach new to be operators how to operate. Management turns a blind eye to inherent problems that are a top down issue. All for one attitude and self entitlement. Often times diminished, ignored and/or dismissed.
