      some flexibility with work and rudimentary recognition of employee contributions. New building, free coffee, visible attempts to clear up some of the disconnect between management and staff

      salary is not competitive, and workload/expectations can be excessive for the compensation level. lots of secrecy about company trajectory, and a seemingly constant state of blurry reorganization.
