No pros available. Company is Good. But Stupid Management. Only cons available. Only thin I got is identifying that there are employees who works as stupid to think that we are stupid enough to work for them. Software Eng. can works in there as App. Support Engineers, taking software Engineers to a joke.

No new projects to depend. Only one project is available and it will also removed within the beginning of next year. So do not joined and never ever think of joining. Poor and stupid top management. Management do not have good education qualifications. There for the treat bad to employees, who are more qualified than them. Every one works in the company are lairs. No one let to know for new comers that they are having a financial issue. Salary delay for more than 3 months. My Advice is not to go for the interview even. HR head is building a heaven in the mind @ the interview, but after joined, nothing is available. Bad and stupid HR management. Every Employee works in there is having lots of areas salary payments(Ex. more than 2 years work and still pending more than 7lacs to pay). And no payment method still available. No rating for me to give. Actual 0 stars on me for this. Again saying do not even think of joining.(Every one who joined to this already fcuked up)

Friendly staff, management and working conditions. Doors are always opened at top management and easily discussed and get conflicts / issues sorted. As per the top management decision company issued substantial amount of shares to the staff. It was ranging from USD5000-500000 per person. This much of share issue I have not seen in any of the Sri Lankan company for staff. Provided equal opportunities for all but who failed to perform were asked to leave.
