Everything. Owner is manipulative and gossips about everybody in the company to all employees. She is too involved in the employees life outside office and will even gossip about that. Some management will lie and the owner will only believe her versus 10+ employees. She has an internal problem and refuses to see it. Just claims that there are a lot of “bad seeds” and fires them. Or the employees can’t take it any longer and leave. 10% pay cut to all employees, not matching 401Ks as promised, and hiring an IT department with multiple high paying jobs when we are still out our hard earned money. Over 15 employees have left and they are not hiring anyone to replace them. They just put that work on everyone else and expects everyone to pick up the slack with no incentive and no money. Family drama is constant with the owner and her son. It’s a power struggle that will demolish the company.
