An owner managed company, where the married owners have large ambitions, and even larger greed. In a business that is primarily the management of people, they do their best to exploit hard working intermediate skilled workers. They will not promote you and they will not pay you more than their competitors. If you start as intermediate, or junior, you stay in that position for minimum five years. They do constantly worry about you representing their perceived notions of company excellence, and have let people go on rumours of them talking about the company in public. However, what I found most concerning is that if you slip, if you have a bad week, have a baby and loose sleep, if you go through a divorce or maybe loose focus over family illness, you are shown the door. When you loose your classification as ‘Superstar’ and they loose you. It’s just business.
