This was my dream job with an incredible compliment of trustworthy experts and unbelievable teamwork! Until our new President decided to cut costs by laying off many of the most valuable cross-functional members of our organization. This move was unprecedented and not well thought out, severely affected morale and undermined trust causing unbalanced and insurmountable workloads among the remaining staff. Your teammates will be exemplary, but watch your back when it comes to upper management. Pros include lots of freedom and support from your teammates across all departments and a hybrid work schedule (1-2 days remote per week).

Svantaggi

Only seven paid holidays per year. Some positions require late work hours and/or weekend hours if trying to secure goals at the end of each month.
