I am from Rural down south of Tamil Nadu. Am an EEE Engineer joined as a Technology Research Analyst. I was afraid initially "Fear of unknown". The job- Where to start? What to do? How to do? But from the day one of joining itself I gained more confidence, because my seniors are all sitting next to me and teaching me how to? I was surprised, I compared with my friends office environment, there they see rarely the managers and Top peoples, but here totally different and all seniors are friendly too and accepting our innovative ideas and I can freely express my research views. This is the perfect place for research mindset people like me. Daily am getting good vibes in my research work. I am fully ready and committed to learn more things which can build my career
