Administrator - Recensione dipendente - Administrative presso E.ON

At interview the company was totally sold to me and I was really excited to be a part of a large company but after starting I found it very different and disappointing, I had a pay cut as did most of the company, loss of holiday being moved onto a different contract as well. The internal interviews are really tough and its hard to move into another roles with job cuts, site closures etc. People i know have found it easier to get a job outside of E.ON which is where I am now looking.
