Not a company for career minded people - Recensione dipendente - Renewables Development Engineer presso E.ON

The work was non-existent. Everyone knows it's a joy ride with little/meaningless work but no one says anything. Managers are clueless, technical engineers aren't exactly technical. For a career, this isn't the one, you will become a vegetable due to the little to no thinking required. I could train a 12 year old to do the role it was that basic, some of the 'experienced' engineers had no clue about fundamental engineering principles. Weekly project meetings for half an hour, with no progress, and spend the rest of the time doing personal errands. It was great to spend time with the family! It's great to start with, but novelty quickly wore off as it is pointless and only detrimental to your career by staying at that place.
