For 22.8k as starting salary you are literally working as a lawyer, bailiff, police officer all in one. Business customers have accumulated a lot of debt on their energy account and it’s your job to find out why they not paid. Majority customers have done fraud so you have no way to find them or most of them lie super tedious and draining - they made training seem like fun and games however the training is useless compared to when you actually start the job
