E2M is, without a doubt, the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The work environment is toxic, and the company’s blatant disregard for its employees is staggering. There are no real pros to working here, especially with the constant threat of layoffs every 6 months. Job security is nonexistent, and the company’s pattern of regularly cutting staff has created a culture of fear and uncertainty. Employees are treated as disposable, and no one is ever truly safe from being let go at any moment. This constant instability, combined with poor management and a lack of support, makes E2M an unbearable place to work.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the toxic work environment at E2M. The company’s lack of respect for its employees, unreasonable expectations, and poor management practices create an unbearable work atmosphere. It’s disheartening to see how little regard is given to employee well-being and work-life balance. I feel undervalued, overworked, and completely unsupported by both leadership and HR. E2M has proven to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for, and I strongly believe this needs to change if they are to retain any talent in the future.

I worked at this company for approximately one year. In the early months, I performed well, frequently worked overtime, and consistently met project expectations. My efforts were acknowledged at the client level, and I was fully invested in contributing more to the organization. However, after I approached senior leadership and HR to request additional projects and discuss a salary increase, I was terminated within a week. I was laid off along with around 39 other employees, without any clear or documented justification. The only explanation provided was that my “performance was not up to the mark,” which directly contradicted recent positive feedback and praise I had received from the client for my contributions. This pattern suggests that layoffs are not performance-driven but instead part of a recurring cycle. Layoffs appear to happen roughly twice a year, creating an environment of constant uncertainty and fear. Job security is extremely poor, regardless of effort or results. Management selection does not appear to be merit-based. Leadership roles seem to be given to individuals with personal connections to the CEO rather than those with proven skills or experience. There is also a strong culture of internal gossip, which seems to play a role in decision-making and further erodes trust within the organization. Prospective employees should be aware that hard work, overtime, and positive client feedback do not protect you here. Transparency is lacking, performance evaluations feel arbitrary, and long-term stability is questionable. I would strongly advise candidates to think carefully before joining if they are looking for fairness, growth, or job security.
