Employees burn out very quickly, which explains the company's extremely high turnover rate. I have been at the firm for over 2 years, and almost everyone who I started with is gone. The company is growing programs quickly without staffing appropriately or giving workers the support they need. In sum, upper management seems to overwork and under appreciate mid-level and lower-level staff.
