Everyone knows who is really in charge No transparency in hiring processes, in decision making, and extremely top-down MeToo-episodes, low level of psychological safety, and sexual approach used to acquire advisors If you ask questions, you are silenced, bullied to silence and part of out-group This has happened since the inception in 2013

EAT is a highly respected international organization with visionary ambitions to transform food systems, backed by a strong mission, good reputation, excellent PR, and an impressive network of advisors. Great office space in Oslo.

EAT struggles with a toxic work environment marked by poor leadership, high turnover, and management sabotages the organization.
