Vantaggi
My time at this company pushed me to develop resilience and adaptability purely through necessity, as the environment was extremely demanding with little guidance or support. Expectations were often urgent and results-driven, which forced me to handle pressure, manage stress, and meet tight deadlines independently. While the company did not provide structured learning or employee development, the experience nonetheless strengthened my ability to stay focused, deliver outcomes under challenging circumstances, and maintain professionalism in a workplace that prioritized results over employee well-being. In that sense, it contributed to building my mental toughness, even though the intensity exceeded what most would consider a healthy or supportive work environment.
Svantaggi
The company operates on a low-cost labour mindset, offering salaries that do not reflect the workload or responsibility expected. Work–life balance is virtually nonexistent, as employees are frequently required to handle urgent tasks with unclear direction from management. Project managers often lack the necessary technical understanding, resulting in employees doing both their own work and the work that should be managed or guided by leadership. There is no structured mentorship, support system, or proper onboarding, yet employees are expected to independently build complex systems and engines that typically require large, well-resourced teams. Recognition is minimal to nonexistent, and advancement or benefits appear tied more to personal favour than performance. Overall, the lack of support, transparency, and fair compensation creates an unsustainable and demotivating work environment
