Great benefits and most of the lower level co-workers are great people.

Management is awful. Almost no chance of advancement for a lot of the departments. Favoritism is rampant. Work/life balance is in the toilet. Pay is sub-par for a lot of positions. It feels like high school. Supervisors will be buddy-buddy with some workers, and talk crap/spread rumors to other suboordinates to them. Managers/directors will openly have screaming matches on the work floor. Situations are often handled very poorly and in an unprofessional manner. The old CEO was one of the best parts of working there. I'm not sure how the new CEO is or what has been done since he took over.
