There is nothing positive to say about this company. Management is controlling, indecisive and manipulative. There is no room for creativity or autonomy. The President acts as though workers are production rather than professional, he is a bully and has his favorites and no one else matters. The BOD is incompetent and is there for their own personal agendas. ecoAmerica in the past 3 years has had almost a 100% turnover. The culture is toxic.
