      1. Fast Pace Working - need to be fast learners or left behind 2. Average Top Management - ok but a lot needs to be improved because sometimes they have some unarranged with their working SOP.

      -Don't rely solely on the positive company ratings, as new hires are encouraged to leave good reviews during orientation. -If you plan to resign, be prepared to be treated unfairly during your notice period especially if you are in HR / Admin Department. - The Senior HR may come across as unsupportive and lacking empathy, making it difficult to seek assistance when needed - The head of HR is very good in pretending to be nice during interview, be caution of what she compromises and praising as those statements were intended to attract candidates to join the company ONLY.
