PTO is a joke, along with the medical insurance. They want you to answer phones after hours but refuse to pay if it’s not a sold job which most aren’t. CEO’s are overly aggressive with office staff and the managers on site don’t know what they’re doing. Very hostile Work environment. They state it’s competitive pay but making $20-$25 is standard in the roaring fork valley, fast food places pay the same. Most of the staff leaves within the year that should let you know this isn’t a great place to work. Left after a month! Heard the yearly bonuses are $100. LOL
