      We have a family environment and lots of potlucks to celebrate birthdays, births or accomplishments. We started a flexible schedule about a year ago that provides a three day weekend every other weekend! Twenty six three day weekends a year! They offer great benefits and nine paid holidays.

      Every once in a while we hire someone who does not fit into the family culture and they bring the team down with all of their complaining (probably some of the negative reviews listed).
