A huge gap between the values the organization pretend to promote and the actual management practices of the direction. A lack of checks and balances, and basic safeguards to avoid management abuses, as well as to guarantee the transparency needed to administrate properly the organization. An important turn-over rate. A lot of frustrations for employees forced to quit, and for those staying. Low salaries.
