Ongoing learning opportunities: This is being actively addressed, and in recent years it has often been the case that the company offers more learning opportunities than team members take advantage of. Modernizing internal systems: Salespeople at EFCO primarily use best-in-class Salesforce.com software. We have also recently implemented Dayforce and are progressive with our support of AI use.
