      The company was struggling financially. It's Bucharest facility is actually outside of the city in the country side. There was a hefty release clause in my contract that was valid for two years.

      the job is easy enough

      The pay isn't very good. You often watch management come back from fancy lunches and hear about all the bonus activities and travel they get to do. They are boastful to the shop employees about it as well.
