- Micromanagement is extreme. Prepare to set your timer for your lunch breaks and report your daily activity every day. - Commission/ Pay is awful compared to the industry standard. Stay here for 6 months to 1 year max, and find another company. Dont fall into the trap of going into management. - Internal systems/processes haven't been updated for 20 years—very outdated company. - Career progression outside of team management is limited. - Never heard a word from the owner, Johan. The CEO, TIM, visited the office and didn't say a word to the BDRs
