After speaking with many other people within payroll in other companies it's quite clear the workloads are exceptionally high within ELFS, particularly when you factor in the endless amount of NHS terms and conditions the vast amount of NHS Pensions work you're expected to do. I thrive in busy environments but it's demoralising never being able to get on top your work. I've experienced ELFS when it was fully staffed and it has always been difficult but it has gotten far worse.
