They communicate frequently and clearly with instructors, help design learning opportunities, and provide on-hands support for every class. Constant feedback helps instructors address problems before they grow out of control. Highly recommended.

      The system seems to work better for larger, more expensive classes, whereas it would be nice to fill in between 6-week sessions with smaller, one-off sessions to bring students back.
