Company is committed to it's employees and consumers. Culture is entrepreneurial and customer focused. Each branch is given the tools to be successful, its' up to that Branch Leader to determine how successful they wish to be. The branches are supported on many different levels as are all the employees. I have had encounters with the President and have found him to be very supportive, we may not always agree, but the respective is always there. You see, at this company, you are expected to perform, you don't have to be a star, but you do have to perform, there is nothing wrong with asking all your employees to perform and be the best they can be, being challenged helps the employee grow and find new avenues to explore that they never thought they could ascertain. Sure, every company has it's faults, even the fortune 500 companies, doesn't make it a bad company nor does it make its Leaders bad.
