Ran like a circus, seriously they always wonder why projects are behind and over budget with so many warranty issues. Project managers rarely actually set foot on their projects. Materials lost/misplaced and reordered countless times. Unqualified personnel left to salvage jobs the best they can, leaving quality to suffer greatly. Nearly everyone has the title of VP of something. Seriously, it’s a running joke. Combative situations arise when aspects are questioned.
