A lot of great and smart people to work with. A rather fast work environment, rarely boring.
Svantaggi
Very low compensation relative to NYC market. No bonus structure or stock sharing program. The company seems to pay many employees as little as possible, even though they were acquired by ICAP in 2016. Many employees feel stuck. Inflexible hours, poor work from home culture, and a lack of team outings don't do much for the company morale. I would give two stars but the other five star reviews were not exactly "impartial", as they were set up by the marketing department.
