We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience at Entre. We work hard to make this a positive and exceptional place to work and find this is the experience for the majority of our team members and students. But, because we take these reviews seriously and are open-minded toward the possibility of there being truth underneath the emotions of the situation, it motivated us to dig deeper into these comments specifically to see how others in the organization felt about it. We sought honest and unfiltered feedback and based on what we received, we know we're not perfect, but the experience of this one person was not indicative of the rest of the team. While we understand our fast paced, rapidly changing and growing environment isn't the right fit for everyone, we do work hard to provide support in many ways including encouraging and modeling a healthy work/life balance. That was also reflected in the feedback we sought from our team and in some of the other reviews shared here!
