Rife with ageism. Read the fair employment statement at the end of this job ad. If you're late 40s or over, it's not the place to join. Most all direction comes from corporate, with minimal room for opposing views from staffers.

In 2017, upper management decided to close the Tyler, TX division, which had been operating for at least 17 years. I had planned to retire from EOG, but that decision changed everything. I was given the choice to relocate or be laid off. Because I could not afford the cost of moving, I was laid off, which had a significant negative impact on my life.
