      Limited ability to advance my career without knowledge of Hungarian. Salary wasn't keeping up with inflation. Got out of Salesforce market (which is my most marketable skill).

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
