      Good place for start career

      Low salary than other companies. a lot of fake bonuses besides salary. Low management, worse resource managers ever. Most of the projects are just bug fix. Not any soul in offices. Not any value for developers. Developers are just a money machine for them

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
