      Work life balance is great here. Compensation provided is pretty much good. Managers are very much approachable so is the higher management as well.

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
