      The Clients, Mostly UBS. Which is using deprecated technologies, methodologies and the projects are not that interesting.

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
