      If you have demanding project this place may force you to grow and become better developer. Team collaboration and overall mood also mostly depend on the project. Overall company environment is dynamic and easy going.

      Svantaggi

      If you were not lucky enough with the project you may die here as a developer in stagnation and slowly degrading as a professional. You may be restricted to work in certain companies after leaving EPAM due to non-solicitation agreement.
