      I spent almost six years at EPAM. They gave me tons of knowledge, experience in hundreds of areas. The people I worked with were the most professional I have ever met, and the attitude in the company makes you strive for the same level of professionalism.       Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
