I have no complaints. The expectations are clear. The learning curve is enormous, but they are kind as long as you show improvement.

The work is repetitive and monotonous. However, the day will pass quickly if you love tinkering with hardware.

Consistent hours. No mandatory overtime, no nights or weekends.

Management lies and is more worried about productivity than quality. No consideration for family emergencies. I was written up for leaving when I received a call that my aunt had chosen to leave this world. The write up came directly from HR despite getting approval from my immediate supervisor. HR claimed it was "unapproved and unscheduled" and therefore point assessable. Multitudes of inappropriate conduct from management and HR that I can't legally put here. Just disgustingly unacceptable behavior from both management and HR.
