Vantaggi

Although the culture is changing due to some acquisitions, it's still a great atmosphere - people are treated well, paid well and the benefits are very good. I think people forget that there are "issues" no matter where you work, and ER overall has been an excellent employer as far as I'm concerned.

Svantaggi

My only negative comments have to do with other employees who seem to have too much time on their hands and choose to pick on every little thing and complain, or start rumors that are just that - rumors, not based in reality. At times it feels like we're back in junior high school because of this, but that happens at most other companies as well. The grass isn't always greener on the other side, and if you think it is, go check it out.

Vantaggi

The support staff and recruiters are a great group of people. They work hard and play hard and truly strive to do a great job for their clients! The physical work atmosphere is generally fun, pleasant, comfortable - suburban location so parking is free! The benefits were quite fair for the size company.

Svantaggi

Company management needs to end the "big brother" mentally. There is a sense of being "watched" far too often - literally. The company leaders are genuinely nice people who strive to be great communicators however often the opposite is true. They listen but don't hear. They speak at employees and not to. The leaders are so focused on the bottom line that corners are often cut to get a placement done and proper etiquette is not always followed. Management also spends far too much time on meetings to discuss sales/process vs letting employees do their jobs. Last - there is a lot of favoritism though the "favorite" of the week can change quickly so employees are often leery and the goal is to get the work done and stay under the radar.
