I am going to be professional about this review and write only the truth about this company. The management: It is family-run, which in itself can be difficult to start with because there is conflict of interest. The owners of the company constantly fight and ensure you're part of the arguments. It's both embarrassing and terribly uncomfortable. The management-style: Number one: It's unprofessional. When you interview at the company you are promised to be "a part" of the family, you are told that you're going to have a certain position, but no-- you never get what you were promised. The position you applied for will NOT be what you will do. Number two: It is all about nano-management. You are to clock everything you do at fifteen (15) minute intervals. Number three: you have no flexibility. It's 2017, most companies allow work-from-home or non-standard working hours. But here, it is not the case. Ever. Number four: There is NO team work. Managements pits people against each other. It's basically bullying. Number five: Management uses the excuse "Poor Communication" when they can't find anything else wrong with your performance. It's a recurring THEME at ERA. Number 4: There is ZERO job safety at this place. If the CEO wakes up in a bad mood, they will ensure you will be too. Number 5: You are NOT trusted. Ever. You are watched, it's helicopter management. The salaries: It's not competitive. The Environment: Usually bitter... People are not happy there.
