Force you to sign training certificates without receiving any training. Never in compliance for audits until audit comes, always cutting corners and then in turn blame employees for being out of compliance. For as big and industrious as the company is the pay is a joke, might as well work in fast food industry. Incentives are non existent, raises are a rarity. Ex. Worked there 2 years as a temp and was promoted twice got one pay raise. Was finally hired on and was denied a hire on raise because received a promotional raise 6 months prior.
