Decent Benefits, poor PTO policy, mediocre pay - Recensione dipendente - Senior Consultant presso ERM

Terrible PTO policy. They don’t offer much compared to competitors and this year and continuing onward they began to require you to use four days of PTO between Christmas and New Years. So to reiterate, they don’t offer competitive amounts, and you don’t get to choose when to use it. Pay is mediocre, pretty middle of the road compared to competitors. Bonus structure is confusing and very non-transparent.
