1) Very VERY toxic. Management is incredibly unorganized and just plain horrible. They just talk but don't do anything for their employees. During a company meeting they said that thank you emails were a waste of time. 2) They don't see you as a person rather a machine. Be prepared to work 60 even 70 hours per week. I worked on average, 60+ hours every week...oh, and you don't get paid overtime. 3) Lack of transparency. I did not even know what time I was going to start work on my first day...I think that says enough about this place.
