Salaries are pretty poor/below average. The business would rather pay more for external hires to replace roles than give the existing holders market rate. You can get exposure to a lot as the business is rapidly growing. They have some great leaders within the organisation. The staff are great and you can create some great friendships. PE investors can place a lot of pressure on the business in search of growth and sometimes that means salary rises is limited. The hours can be quite horrendous at times. You really need a good partner behind your function/team to progress.
