Hostile work environment, absentee managers, no work/life balance. Among the worst places I've ever worked. They are among the plethora of environmental consultant companies that use a business strategy that involves hiring a lot of "level one" consultants, work them to burn out, then keep the ones that manage to stick it out. If you're involved in field work, you'll be essentially living out of a hotel in middle-of-nowhere towns on a weekly basis.
