      Great environment, staff is always friendly and helpful, and the work is very rewarding.

      Billable work system is kind of counterintuitive. Project managers have to keep work for themselves and their direct reports. If you aren't getting work from your direct supervisor, then it becomes difficult to stay above your billable work mark.
