Where to start. Career progression and mentorship is lacking, where you’ll teach yourself all the skills you need to do work that you obtained by yourself. Severe lack of appreciation and recognition by the company and managers, even when you’re a high performer. Company is constantly changing and trying new things, which are typically negative for the employee and leaves people frustrated and confused. Managers mostly just concerned about their own career progression. Some senior managers are unchecked, unkind and dictate their own initiatives just to help their career progression, creating a toxic work environment. All of this for a below market salary. There are much better places to work out there.
